Step 1 of 2 — upload a report
Previous imports630 campaign-days stored
| When | File | Platform | Rows | Campaigns | Days covered |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 Oct, 14:31 | sample-meta-ads-report.csv | 270 | 3 | 11 Jul → 8 Oct 2026 | |

Remove everything imported (campaigns and their daily figures). Use this to clear the sample data.
Export from Google Ads
- Open Campaigns, set the date range (the last 90 days gives the dashboard a prior period to compare with).
- Columns → make sure Cost, Impr., Clicks, Conversions, Conv. value, Budget, Campaign type and Campaign status are shown.
- Segment → Time → Day, then Download → CSV. Totals rows at the bottom are ignored automatically.
Export from Meta Ads Manager
- Open Campaigns, set the date range.
- Columns → Performance (add Objective and the result or purchase-value columns you track). Breakdown → By time → Day.
- Reports → Export table data → CSV. "Results" is used as leads; if your campaigns have mixed objectives, pick the column that holds the result you count as a lead in step 2.
Menus are as of 2026 and move from time to time; the importer looks at the column names, not the menu path.
No export at hand?
Use the simple template (Date, Campaign, Campaign type, Status, Daily budget, Spend, Impressions, Clicks, Leads, Revenue) and fill it by hand or from a spreadsheet, or
to try the dashboard. What happens to the file
- It is read on this server, stored as daily figures per campaign in your database, and the file itself is deleted.
- Nothing is sent to Google, Meta or anyone else. The AI analysis later receives only totals and per-campaign numbers — never customer data.
- Amounts are stored in your default currency (INR, set in Settings). Import reports in that currency.
