Set up the doctors
Add each doctor with working hours and a slot length (for example 15 minutes). Slots outside working hours cannot be booked.

Book and manage
Pick the doctor, the day and a free slot. Mark appointments booked, completed, cancelled or no-show; cancelling frees the slot immediately.

Run the day from the schedule
The daily schedule filters by doctor and status; the dashboard shows today's counts and the next appointments.
Nothing is changed in your ad accounts automatically: every recommendation is approved and applied by you, and drafted campaigns arrive paused.

Is this a hospital management system?
No. It is a booking diary: doctors, slots, patients, statuses and a daily schedule. There are no medical records, prescriptions or billing.
How is double-booking prevented?
By the database, not only by the screen: a unique rule on doctor and slot means a second booking on the same slot is refused even if two staff submit at the same instant.
Can patients book online?
Not in this edition. Bookings are made by your staff.
Does it send reminders?
No. SMS or WhatsApp reminders are not included.
Can I record a doctor's leave?
Not as a calendar. You would avoid booking those days by hand, or add a leave table — the source code is included.
