Refund Policy

All products sold on phpguru.store are digital source code delivered instantly after payment. Because the product is downloadable immediately, purchases are non-refundable — this applies once your order is marked paid, including if the issue turns out to be on our end.

If something's wrong — the download link doesn't work, a feature described on the product page doesn't match what you received, or you're stuck during setup — raise an issue from your orders page and we'll help you resolve it directly. This is the right path for a problem with your order; it's tracked and answered by someone who knows the codebase, rather than a refund request that a non-refundable policy would just decline.

If a payment was deducted but no order was created (a failed transaction on Razorpay's side), that's auto-reversed by Razorpay/your bank within a few business days per standard payment gateway timelines — that reversal happens on Razorpay's side, independent of this policy.
