License — in plain language

Every purchase on phpguru.store comes with one of two licenses, chosen at checkout. This page says what each allows in ordinary words; the Terms of Service are the binding version and say the same thing more formally.

Regular license — the listed price

You may:

• Install and use the software in your own business, on as many of your own sites or servers as you like.
• Modify the source code however you want.
• Deploy it for clients as part of your freelance or agency work — there is no limit on the number of client projects, and you may charge your clients for that work.

A client deployment under the Regular license is a copy you install and configure for that client. Keeping the phpguru.store attribution in the footer/about screen is part of this license.

Agency license — 4× the listed price

Everything in Regular, plus:

• White-label. Remove the phpguru.store attribution and present the software under your own or your client's brand.
• Hosted / SaaS use. Run the software on your servers as a service that third parties log into and pay you for (for example, a hosted school-management service for several schools). The Regular license does not cover this.
• Priority support. Your emails go to the front of the queue for 12 months from purchase.

If you already bought Regular and later need Agency rights, email support@phpguru.store with your order number — you pay the difference, not the full Agency price again.

What neither license allows

• Reselling, redistributing or re-publishing the source code itself — modified or not — as a product, a "free download", a template, or a competing marketplace listing.
• Sharing your download links or ZIP files with people who didn't buy them.
• Claiming authorship of the original code, or presenting the unmodified product as your own for sale.

Bundles

A bundle purchase applies the license you chose to every product it delivers — one Regular or one Agency license covering all of them.

Support, updates and warranty

• Email support is included with every purchase for setup problems, bugs in what you received, and questions about the code. Agency license holders get priority handling for 12 months.
• You can re-download your purchase any time from your orders page; if a product you own is updated, the re-download gives you the current version.
• The software is provided as-is. It is tested before listing, but you are responsible for testing and securing your own deployment. Purchases are non-refundable — see the refund policy.
