Each stage only allows specific next moves — New can go to Contacted or Lost, not straight to Won. The rule is checked against the deal's real current stage, locked at the moment of the check, so two people racing to close the same deal resolve to exactly one real change, not a corrupted or duplicated history.
Won and Lost are genuinely final
Once a deal is Won or Lost, no further stage change is accepted from anyone — not a UI restriction, enforced at the point of write.
One activity feed, three entity types
Companies, contacts and deals each get their own feed of notes, calls, emails and meetings, with stage changes appended automatically — no separate systems to check for a relationship's full history.
Deal value math you can check
Open pipeline value and win rate are computed directly from the stages you can see, excluding Won and Lost — the dashboard number always matches what is actually on the pipeline.

Not as a stage change — that's deliberate, so the pipeline history stays trustworthy. You can still edit the deal's other details, and its full activity history stays visible.
Does this send emails or reminders automatically?
No — follow-up dates are shown on the dashboard when they're due or overdue, but nothing is emailed or texted automatically.
Is the commercial license included?
