Overdue means overdue
A task is overdue when its due date has passed and it is not Done. Marking it Done removes it from the overdue list and records the completion time; re-opening it clears that time.

The dashboard counts open tasks per person, so it is obvious when one person is overloaded.

Safe by default
Every form is CSRF-protected, all database access uses prepared statements, and a team member with tasks cannot be deleted by accident.
