A ready-to-deploy PHP and MySQL blog. Write posts in plain text, set them to draft, publish now or schedule them, and readers see a clean blog with categories, search and an RSS feed. Comments are welcome but always held for your approval. Everything readers and commenters type is escaped, so it cannot inject HTML or scripts.

This is intentionally small. Key Features
Drafts and scheduling that really hide posts
A draft or a post scheduled for the future cannot be reached by direct URL, search, category page or the RSS feed. When the scheduled time arrives the post appears by itself, with no cron job.
Safe by construction
Post text is stored as typed and always escaped on output, so a pasted <script> tag is shown as text and never executed. Comment authors never see or reveal others' emails, and the commenter address is stored only as a hash.
Slugs that cannot break
Titles become clean web addresses. Two posts with the same title get -2, -3 and so on. In our tests eight simultaneous posts with the same title produced eight distinct, valid addresses with no errors.
Comments under control
Every comment waits in a moderation queue. A hidden honeypot field stops simple bots, each address can send five comments an hour, and rejected or deleted comments never appear publicly.
