Every product is a complete download you can install yourself. If you would rather not, these are the ways to get help — with the one fixed price we charge, and quotes for everything else.
1. Installation on your hosting
We upload the product to your hosting, create and import the database, set the configuration, test the login and hand you the URL. You change the admin password on first login.
- Any product in the catalog, on shared hosting, a VPS or a server you give us access to
- What we need: hosting-panel login, or FTP plus database details — sent in reply to your order email
- What it does not include: custom changes, domain or hosting purchase, ongoing maintenance

For the AI Ads Planner and the AI Question Generator: installation on your PC or hosting, connecting your own Anthropic API key, the first report import or the read-only Google Ads connection (Google Cloud project, consent screen, access level), and a walk-through of the daily routine. Quoted per request; everything runs on your keys and your accounts.

Deploying a product for a client is covered by the Regular licence. Running it as a hosted service, or removing the attribution to present it as your own, needs the Agency licence at 4× the listed price — chosen on the product page at checkout. The agency page has the plain-language comparison and the business suites.
Questions
How do I ask for installation?
Add "Installation" at checkout when you buy a product. After payment, reply to your order email with your hosting panel (cPanel/hPanel) login or FTP + database details; we install, test the login and send you the URL and the admin password to change.
What do you need from me for installation?
A PHP hosting account (or a server) with MySQL, and access to it: a hosting-panel login, or FTP plus a database name, user and password. Shared hosting is fine; the products run on standard PHP.
How is customisation priced?
By a fixed quote before any work starts. Post what you need on the PHP Guru marketplace and compare quotes from independent PHP developers, or email support for a quote from us. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing first.
Can you set up the AI products for me?
Yes: installing the AI Ads Planner or the AI Question Generator on your PC or hosting, connecting your Anthropic API key, the first report import or Google Ads connection, and a walk-through. Quoted per request; your API key stays yours.
Do you white-label or resell?
White-label and hosted use for clients are covered by the Agency licence (4× the listed price), bought on the product page. We do not operate a hosted service for you; the Agency licence lets you run one.
Are services refundable?
Products are non-refundable. Services are paid against an agreed written quote; if we cannot complete an agreed scope, you are not charged for it.
Do you write college projects or assignments?
No. The college project packs include a report template and viva questions for a product you buy; we do not write or present assignments on your behalf.
