Hostel / PG Manager · for PG & hostel owners
Beds, admissions and monthly rent for a hostel or paying-guest house
Every bed is either free or occupied by a named resident; every month has a rent due, a paid amount and a balance that cannot be overpaid. Admissions cannot exceed the beds in a room — even if two people are admitted at the same moment — and the dashboard shows occupancy and rent collected against expected.
One-time payment · full source code · instant download · optional installation add-on · non-refundable
Sound familiar?
- Rent collected in cash and noted in a register; by the 15th nobody is sure who still owes.
- A resident who joined on the 20th is charged a full month, or none, depending on who did the maths.
- The same bed is promised to two people because the room list is in someone's phone.
- Property software is built for apartment blocks, not twelve rooms and forty beds.
How it works
- 1
Set up rooms and beds
Add rooms with the number of beds and a default rent per bed. The dashboard shows occupancy from the first admission.
- 2
Admit and check out
Admit a resident to a bed — the system refuses once a room is full — and check them out to free the bed for the next person.
- 3
Collect rent and chase dues
Record monthly rent, including part-payments; the balance never goes below zero. The dues list by month is correct for people who joined or left mid-way.
Nothing is changed in your ad accounts automatically: every recommendation is approved and applied by you, and drafted campaigns arrive paused.

A good fit if… and not if…
Good fit
- PG houses and small hostels with one manager and a cash or UPI rent routine
- Owners who want dues right every month without a subscription
- Developers delivering a PG owner's first system
Not the right tool when
- Online rent collection or automatic reminders
- Electricity or meter billing, meal plans, or a resident login
- Deposit refund tracking (the deposit is recorded as information only)
Questions pg & hostel owners ask
Does it collect rent online?
No. You record payments made by cash, UPI or transfer; there is no payment gateway in this edition.
How are mid-month joiners handled?
Dues are computed per month from the admission and check-out dates, so someone who joined or left mid-way is shown correctly rather than as a full month.
Can a resident log in to see dues?
No. This is an owner's tool with one administrator login.
Does it handle deposits?
The deposit is recorded as information on the resident; refunds are not tracked.
Can I run two buildings?
One installation per building, or a customisation — the source code is included.
Can I see it first?
Yes — preview pages with sample data.
