Only drafts can be edited or deleted; only final payslips can be marked paid. Print payslips and see the month total.

Questions small businesses paying salaries ask
Is it compliant with Indian payroll law?
No. It is a simple payroll calculator: absent days, bonus, deductions and a PF percentage. It does not calculate TDS, professional tax, ESI or employer PF, or produce Form 16 or challans — check your statutory obligations separately with your accountant.
What if I run the month twice?
Nothing duplicates: existing payslips for the month are kept.
Can I change a finalised payslip?
No. Only drafts can be edited or deleted; finalise when the numbers are right.
Does a salary change affect old payslips?
No — a later salary change never alters an existing payslip.
Does it mark attendance?
No; absent days are entered on the payslip. The Attendance system records daily attendance; both are in the HR Suite bundle.
