Hand over, return, charge
Hand-over cannot happen before the start date; on return, a late charge of 1.5× the daily rate per extra day is calculated automatically (one multiplier for the fleet, set in config.php). The dashboard shows rentable, out now, overdue returns and monthly revenue.
Nothing is changed in your ad accounts automatically: every recommendation is approved and applied by you, and drafted campaigns arrive paused.

Can customers book online?
Not in this edition — staff make the bookings. A public booking page would be a customisation.
How is the late charge calculated?
Automatically on return: 1.5× the daily rate per extra day. The multiplier is one setting for the whole fleet (LATE_MULTIPLIER in config.php).
Does it track deposits?
No; deposits and payments are handled outside the system in this edition.
What if a vehicle is in the workshop?
Switch it to maintenance and it drops out of availability until you switch it back.
Can rates differ per season?
The rate is per vehicle; change it when needed — existing bookings keep their price.
