Regular vs Agency licence

Plain-language summary of /license; the Terms of Service are the binding version.

Regular — the listed price

  • Use it in your own business, on as many of your own sites or servers as you like.
  • Modify the source code however you want.
  • Deploy it for clients as part of your freelance or agency work — no limit on the number of client projects, and you may charge for that work. A client deployment is a copy you install and configure for that client.
  • Keep the phpguru.store attribution in the footer/about screen.

Agency — 4× the listed price

  • Everything in Regular, plus:
  • White-label — remove the phpguru.store attribution and present the software under your own or your client's brand.
  • Hosted / SaaS use — run it on your servers as a service that third parties log into and pay you for (e.g. one hosted system for several clients). Regular does not cover this.
  • Priority support — your emails go to the front of the queue for 12 months from purchase.
  • Bought Regular first? Email support with your order number and pay the difference to upgrade.

Neither licence allows

Reselling, redistributing or re-publishing the source code itself — modified or not — as a product, a "free download", a template or a marketplace listing; sharing download links or ZIP files; or claiming authorship of the original code. If you want to sell software products of your own, build on top of ours for clients or run it hosted under the Agency licence. There is no source-code reseller programme today.

Installation

Support

Email support for setup problems, bugs in what you received and questions about the code; Agency licence holders get priority for 12 months. Purchases are non-refundable.
