Can parents pay online?
No. Payments made by cash, UPI or transfer are recorded by you; there is no payment gateway in this edition.
What if I enter a payment wrongly?
Void it with a reason: the amount becomes due again and the receipt is marked VOID. Nothing is deleted, so the ledger stays consistent.
Are the receipts tax invoices?
No. They are numbered receipts for the fee ledger, printed plainly.
Does it send reminders?
No. The overdue list is on screen; reminders would be a customisation.
