Simple Invoice & Billing Generator · for Freelancers & small service providers
Numbered invoices with line items, Draft → Sent → Paid, on your own hosting
Add the client, build the invoice from line items, send it, mark it paid. Numbers run in sequence, totals are computed on the server from quantity × rate, and once an invoice is sent its items are locked — so what the client received is what your records say.
One-time payment · full source code · instant download · optional installation add-on · non-refundable
Sound familiar?
- Invoices made in a document template have gaps and duplicates in the numbering.
- An invoice edited after sending no longer matches the client's copy.
- Invoicing apps charge a monthly fee for the three invoices a month you send.
- The outstanding total is a mental sum of who has and has not paid.
How it works
- 1
Add clients
Client records with the details that print on the invoice.
- 2
Build the invoice
Line items with quantity and rate; subtotal, tax and total are computed server-side. Numbers are sequential (INV-0001, INV-0002…).
- 3
Send, then get paid
Move it Draft → Sent → Paid, forward only. Items can be added or removed only while it is a draft, so a sent or paid invoice's numbers stay final. The dashboard shows the outstanding amount and this month's paid total.
Nothing is changed in your ad accounts automatically: every recommendation is approved and applied by you, and drafted campaigns arrive paused.
What you get
- Client records
- Sequential auto-numbered invoices
- Line items with automatic subtotal, tax and total — computed server-side, never trusted from the form

The full list of what is in the download (5 items from the README) is on the product page.

A good fit if… and not if…
Good fit
- Freelancers, consultants and small service businesses sending a few invoices a month
- Anyone who wants invoice numbers and totals they can trust
- Developers adding invoicing to a client's site
Not the right tool when
- Recurring invoices or subscriptions
- Multi-currency
- GST filing or automatic tax-form generation
Questions freelancers & small service providers ask
Is it GST-compliant?
It applies a tax rate and totals correctly; it is not a GST filing system and does not generate tax forms. Add your GST details to the client and invoice fields as needed.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Only while it is a draft. Once sent, the items are locked so the invoice stays identical to what the client received; issue a new invoice for changes.
Does it send emails?
No. You download or print the invoice and send it yourself.
Can I set my own numbering?
Numbers are sequential by design (INV-0001…); the prefix and start can be changed in the code.
Recurring invoices?
Not included; a realistic customisation on the included schema.
Can I see it first?
Yes — preview pages with sample data.
