Visitor Check-In / Check-Out Log · for Offices, factories & housing societies
A visitor check-in and check-out log for the front desk
The guard or receptionist logs the visitor — name, phone, company, purpose, whom they are visiting, ID proof, badge number — and the "currently inside" list shows exactly who is on the premises, which matters at lockup and in an emergency. Check-out is one click and the times cannot be overwritten.
One-time payment · full source code · instant download · optional installation add-on · non-refundable
Sound familiar?
- The visitor register is a notebook that nobody can search when a question comes up.
- At 7 pm nobody knows whether the contractor who came at 3 has left.
- Badges go out and never come back, and there is no record of who had which.
- Visitor-management systems sell kiosks and photo capture when a simple log would do.
How it works
- 1
Check in
Enter the visitor's details, purpose, host person or department, ID proof and badge number.
- 2
Know who is inside
The dashboard counter and the "currently inside" list update as people arrive and leave.
- 3
Check out and report
One-click check-out — only once per visit, times locked. The daily report for any date shows total visitors, how many are still inside and the average visit length.
Nothing is changed in your ad accounts automatically: every recommendation is approved and applied by you, and drafted campaigns arrive paused.

A good fit if… and not if…
Good fit
- Offices, factories, schools and housing societies with a manned gate or reception
- Anyone who must know who is on the premises right now
- Developers delivering a gate log for a client
Not the right tool when
- Badge printing, photo capture or ID scanning
- Host notifications by SMS or email
- Access control, turnstiles or door locks
Questions offices, factories & housing societies ask
Does it take a photo or scan the ID?
No. The ID proof is recorded as text; photos and scanning would be customisations.
Can the host be notified?
Not out of the box; the host is recorded so the desk can call them.
Can a check-out time be edited?
No. A visitor is checked out once and the recorded times cannot be overwritten, so the log is trustworthy.
Can it run on a tablet at the gate?
Yes — it is a web application; a tablet browser pointed at your hosting or a local PC works.
Is there a visitor self-service kiosk mode?
No, the desk operates it.
Can I see it first?
Yes — preview pages with sample data.
