Find the odd step

One of these steps does not belong — finding it is what programmers call debugging.

Do this together

Read the four steps out loud, one at a time, pointing at each picture. Ask, "Which one is silly? Which one does not help the seed grow?" and let the child tap it.

One step does not belong. Tap it.

Grown-up tip

A "bug" is just a step that is wrong or in the wrong place. Finding one is a skill to praise, not a problem to hide.
