There is no star to reach. Let the child choose where the robot goes: tap any arrows, press Go, watch, then Reset and make a new path. Say the steps out loud as it moves — "right, down, down…".

That is all eight. If the child asks for more, go back to any activity — the same one twice is worth more than a new one once. When they are ready for short sentences, Code Play (ages 5–9) picks up from here.
